The Army Marathon named MCEC as a recipient of proceeds from the third marathon to be held in Killeen, Texas, on Sunday, March 1, 2015. The race will feature 5k, half marathon, and marathon distances. This year’s marathon will thank and honor veterans of the Vietnam War for their service and sacrifice, and also honor the families of these veterans. In the past two years, the marathon has drawn over 2000 runners to the 26.2 mile course through Central Texas. Runners have come from almost every state and several different countries to participate in this charitable event.
