The Assembly Roster includes vital information about each member including what Community College districts they represent, and biographical information like educational and career background that will prove helpful in your advocacy efforts. I am most excited that Assembly member Jose Medina is now the Chair of the Higher Education Committee replacing Das Williams who championed the cause of two-tiered community college fees with his AB-955. Member Medina was a member of the Riverside Community College Board of Trustees and I had the privilege of working with him during some of our systems most dire days during the budget crises.
