The Atlas Shrugged Cult of Objectivism or individualism on steroids is nothing but overrepresentation of the moneyed powers that be that control everything by demonizing anyone speaking of representation for anyone else... this doesnt prove points at all and really makes no attempt at persausion... throwing the word government around every other word with a pejorative tone ...is not persausive... the people who denounce all functions of municipal operations that benefit citizens at large are hucksters wanting control of moneyed power and government for their own benefit... These people sell you the word freedom and liberty like a televangelist sells hope ...These husksters are selling an elixir that is not a recipe for more freedom for society as a whole but doling off the infrastructure of society intended for all and handing it over to moneyed tycoons in the name of freedom...Their concoction if produced will not lead to a land of milk and honey and Scarlett Johanson in a bathtub...but a land of feudal lords controlling every square inch of the planet and every inch of your life...this ideology of abolition of everything public with the belief that utility companies will police themselves and people can form ad hoc committees to produce roads and schools and sewage systems and libraries and more milk and honey and now Megan Fox in that bathtub with bubbly champagne... is science fiction that will never come true... This ideology is a cult...with a cult following that has no room for any new information or ideas thrown into the mix and that is where its danger lies... This ideology holds no room for alternative ways of thinking...this rigid ideology is like the very first commanment Thou shalt not have any other Gods ... There is no room in the Libertarian ideology for any other way of thinking... There is no room for We the People for that on its face resonates a collective connotation... There is no room in Libertarianism for a blend of ideas and theories from other frameworks and schools of thought... The abolition of all things municipal with the belief that good roads schools, sidewalks, infrastructure, stop signs, yield signs, traffic lights and water treatment facilities would emanate out of thin air without tax dollars but by individuals aggregating funds from private individuals making it happen ... without legal frameworks ...is a hallucination and if it really happened...Feudal Lords with the moneyed means would seize all of society and the planet to their own benefit and to hell with anyone else. Rigid ideology under the facade of freedom is just that a facade... What hides behind that facade is not freedom...
