The BE Prespective Best Offseason Transaction (Player that moved from one NBL team to another NBL team) Gary Ervin (Townsville >> Adelaide): Adelaide seems to have found their import guard in Gary Ervin, after last season’s failed experiments with CJ Massingale and Scott Christophersen. Ervin and Adam Gibson form one of the best backcourts in the league. Ervin will thrive under new coach Joey Wright and should give them another consistent scoring option. Brad Hill (Cairns >> Sydney): If the preseason blitz is any indication, Brad Hill seems to have found his place at Sydney with his scoring abilty. Hill will play extended minutes as the Kings slowly introduce Madgen back from surgery. Stephen Weigh (Adelaide >> Cairns): The move from the 36ers to the Taipans seems to be paying off for Stephen Weigh, who had a good preseason. Weigh offers the Taipans another solid scoring and rebounding option at the forward spot. Darnell Lazare (Sydney >> New Zealand): Lazare finds himself with big shoes to fill, after switching from the Kings to the Breakers, Replacing the highly efficiency Will Hudson will be tough, however Lazare is a strong rebound and should form a handy partnership with Alex Pledger and Tom Abercrombie.
