The BEST holiday I have ever had by far. Its actually hard to convey how much I got out of this. My first trip travelling alone and a little rusty with the yoga, I was nervous! I have made good strong bonds with other guests and the teachers. The whole experience was incredible and I will definitely be back. I visited the market and got the shuttle to the main port. Both beautiful places and nice to get out and see some of the local area. The hotel was great, staff very friendly and helpful. They really bent over backwards for us, they were wonderful. Food was fantastic and it was exciting to get to brunch. Delicious, fresh produce and they were very attentive. Always checking that we were happy with everything and if we had any requests. The experience and the people I have met have helped me focus on the things I need to change in my life to make it better and easier. I have incorporated yoga into my everyday life since I got back.
