The Bahumono Land in Abi LGA of Cross River State is bleeding...! this once great peaceful community which was a cynosure of other neighbouring clans in the LGA and environs, have been maimed, crushed and taken off the radar of progressive developments. Her treasure of PEACEFUL Co existence....LOST. Her AVINENE, meaning Good morning, have lost her smiles, WAINA, which is or was a password for camaraderie, have become a reproach and taken away across to the other side of enemity. Lamentations, griefs, agonies have taken a giant stride like a colossus in the dispensation of positive changes. The so called Bahumono Elites, Pastors, Serving and Retired administrators, Educationists, Politicians, Advisers, Chiefs, traditionalists, business people, Military and Paramilitary members, students, the employed and yet to be employed, Professionals, those in diasporas...have all FAILED. We are all GUILTY of the devastation of the Bahumono Kingdom. All Bahumono indigenes should buried their heads, pride, wealth in SHAME...Look at Bahumono today, what is the future...? what is the legacy, what is the traditional institutions doing, how feeble are they today? We have lost it to the other side...In other to see the culprits, take a mirror and look at it, whosoever, you see, is the culprit....every Bahumono person should report himself persecution for crime against humanity of the once beautiful Bahumono Clan...let us advocate for restoration, Wars flattened economies, destroy future generations, inventors etc, Wars come with many costs, wars are not panacea for progress...Politically, socially, economically bahumono have ferried over their potentials to the other people and may remain boy boy in government for a long time...Preach Peace, for it is written that MY PEACE I give unto you Make Peace with All Mankind...Peace is the compass for the much aspired progress for the battered Bahumono Kingdom....if you are from Bahumono reading this piece...You have failed and repent to amend your ways for bringing back the smiles and joys of AVINENE and WAINA...Shalom
