The Banister family is celebrating today and throughout the weekend! Just so yall know- I have two very smart boys (and smart alecks, too) that are moving on to 2nd grade and 7th grade! This has been a GREAT year! We made some new friends. We went on field trips. We learned what geocaching is and we LIKE it! We learned about native America and the foundation of our great Country: inventors, patriots, Presidents, colonies, westward expansion... (I could go on...); sentence structure and grammar; Astronomy; equations; vocabulary....We also learned a lot about conflict resolution, forgiveness and grace. I am so proud of my boys and so Blessed to be their mom. We are so glad summer is here but we have no intention to stop learning. SUMMER IS HERE! Yeahhhhh!!!
