What follows is a short reply relating to the sick disinformation published by your San Diego County Bench in concert with Joanne Remke and California’s Supreme Court, under colors of authority. First, about you untruthfully publishing that I entered a guilty plea contract and was therefore convicted of nasty crimes. As you know, my complex lit accusers filed back to back fed state actions against me. They did so in a joint combination. All of them refused to enter the contract plea. Your publishing represents that they did enter that contract, untruthfully. Second, I personally furnished your office the following, qualified and unbiased report by the federal government’s own doctors who opined, “Bonas is no threat to anyone.” You premeditated to adopt and published my accusers’ hearsay accusations. I trust this clarifies. Ex 03-07-02 – P.6-7, Drrs. Newman & Landis (Butner N. Carolina) 5 Mo. Study, verbatim: A) He was actually referring to what he would do to them legally in a court setting. He has demonstrated no behavioral problems and has voiced no violent ideation. B) Despite being threatened by another … he remained in good behavioral control and went through appropriate channels to make his concerns known to staff. C) No special precautions are required…. D) He has no history of physical violence towards others or the property of others. E) We do not view Mr. Bonas as dangerous to others or the property of others pursuant to Title 18, United States Code, section 4246. Ex 05-02-02 Dr. says, verbatim, “remarkable recovery” – In Mom’s Hand! Ex 05-17-02 Cover – Dr. Dvoskin & Martel, verbatim: “Bonas … clearly competent.” Ex 03-05-04 Doctor Doug Smith, verbatim: “No evidence of paranoia or psychosis.” I’d appreciate your immediate correction here – time is of the essence.
