The Bean Station man accused of shooting four people in a pharmacy robbery earlier this year has been indicted by the Grainger County grand jury on additional charges. 37 year old Jason Bryan Holt was indicted on two counts of first degree murder, two counts of attempted first degree murder, two counts of felony murder, five counts of aggravated assault, eight counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, six counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony and one count of especially aggravated robbery. Holt entered the Down Home Pharmacy on Main Street and robbed the store at gunpoint of eight bottles of Oxycodone pills then shot all four occupants of the business. The store owner, Steve Lovell, and a customer, Richard Sommerville, were shot and killed. Two pharmacy employees, Janet Clift, and Alexia Wilson, were also shot, but survived their injuries.
