The Beastmother. One of the my toughest workouts, though you wouldnt know it by the description. Its only four movements, really how hard can it be? You only need one bell for this, fifteen minutes, and your two or three of your favorite profanities (it is far from decorous, I know, to swear during a workout, but it does help, and because rest in this complex is so minimal one inevitably finds other, more creative ways to take relief). Start with two reps of the following exercises (all on your right, and then on your left). One Arm Swing Clean and Press Snatch Front Squat Each time through add two reps to every exercise, climbing as high as ten reps of each. Rest only between sets, not exercises.
