The Best Directions to Jackson’s Ella Sharp Park And the Cross-Country Course There. Take M-60 through Spring Arbor. Beyond Spring Arbor, when M-60 turns into a divided highway, take Spring Arbor Road and go past Lumen Christi High School on the right. You will want to turn right onto Rowan Street, or if you miss little Rowan Street, then take a right onto Levant Street. Either street will take you over to W. High Street. Turn left on W. High Street and shortly you will arrive at S. Brown St. At S. Brown St., turn right, but don’t pick up speed because just after you turn right, you need to turn left on Randolph St., and continue through Cascade Park. (Watch out for the huge speed-bumps.) Randolph St. will take you out to S. West Ave. Go through the traffic light at S. West St. and continue to the flashing light at Fourth St. Turn right on Fourth St. This street will take you to Ella Sharp Park. You will have to maneuver around a traffic circle, but keep heading south and you will arrive at Sharp Park. Turn left into the main entrance to Ella Sharp Park (Hickory Dr.) When you must turn again, turn right. This street is called Oakwood Dr. in the Park. Best place to park? Follow Oakwood to Maplewood Dr. and turn left onto Maplewood Dr. Probably only 200 yards or so going down Maplewood is a nice-size parking lot on your left. Once parked, just walk to the end of the lot, take the path through the trees, AND YOU ARE THERE. Now if this all sounds too complicated, it really isn’t, and I just spared you the time and effort of driving through all of Jackson to get to the Park.
