The Bible declares in the 13th chapter of 1st Corinthians there are three spiritual truths which must abide - faith, hope and love. All three must abide because each enhances and supports the other. Heres the revelation: Faith is not simply a patience that passively suffers until the storm is past. Rather, it is a spirit that bears things - with resignations, yes, but above all, with blazing, serene hope. When hope has done her part to sustain faith, love steps in and holds everything together until our change comes. Therefore, as you face todays storm, face it in faith so you can bear all things, never losing hope so you can believe God for good things and know that you are surrounded by the Love of God in Christ Jesus so you can change things. And now abideth faith, hope and love . . . And the greatest of these is love.
