The Big Lick with Stockton Animal Shelter Join us for our 2-day Pet Adoption & Ice Cream Party with fee-waived adoptable pets! Date: Friday, August 1, 2014 to Saturday, August 2 2014 Stockton Animal Shelter 1575 S. Lincoln Stockton, California The Stockton Animal Shelter invites you to attend our Big Lick adopt-a-thon and ice cream party! As The ASPCA $100K Challenge wraps up, we need the community now more than ever. After all, were in 3rd place thus far, which really means the $100K is within our reach! Big Lick will be a 2-day event with Friday as the preview party so folks have first dibs at all the available animals. Well be extending our normal weekday hours so people can arrive after work with their family. Saturday will then be the ice cream party, with free ice cream from Gleasons! Not only will there be fee-waived adoptions Friday AND Saturday, there will be many more fun family events like the prize wheel, photos with adoptables, and cow bell. Weve also revamped the interior of the Stockton Animal Shelter and are very excited to reveal the new design with visitors. Dates & Times: Friday -- Extended hours, 4pm -- 7pm Saturday -- 12pm -- 5pm Activities: Friday Preview Party, first look at adoptables!
