The Blade Runner Oscar Pistorius has been found Not Guilty of murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentines day 2013. What are your thoughts? Is he Guilty or Not Guilty?? The Judge found that the evidence does not support the states contention that this was a case of... [deliberate murder] but that it shows that from the outset the accused believed that at the time he fired shots into the toilet door, the deceased was in the bedroom while the intruders were in the toilet. The Court will consider whether Pistorius is guilty of the lesser charge of culpable homicide when it resumes tomorrow. That charge carries no minimum prison sentence.
