This is due to the outbreak of the deadly Epidemic (Ebola Virus), which has led to the prevailing state of emergency installed by Government to tackle the disease. NAYBUR, a non-governmental and non-profit Liberian Youth Empowerment organization urges the public to stay safe, and follow all precautionary measures, as we all tirelessly fight to eradicate this deadly virus.
