The Board of Trustees, Hamilton Township, Warren County, Ohio is the owner of an existing park known as Mounts Park, located on Stubbs Mill Road. Portions of the park require Township maintenance such as grass and weed cutting as shown on Exhibit A. Further, approximately twelve (12) additional acres of land is available for planting, growing and harvesting hay on the grounds. The Board of Trustees is placing to bid a proposal to allow an individual to plant, grow, and harvest hay on the area described on the attached sketch from the date of this Agreement until December 31, 2015, in exchange the individual shall cut the passive areas of the park twice a year as also identified on Exhibit A. The individual shall carry liability insurance in amounts pre-approved by Township and enter into a written contract. The Board of Trustees shall consider awarding the bid to the individual who bids the highest dollar amount for growing and harvesting the hay by acre while agreeing to provide grass and weed cutting to the park twice a year at their expense. All bids shall be sealed and submitted on the attached form to the Township Fiscal Officer by noon on November 5th, 2014.
