The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 10 opens its recruitment to all interested applicants for the position(s) of Fire Officer 1, with the following qualifications: • A Filipino citizen; • Must be 21 to 30 years old; • Must have a Baccalaureate Degree; • Second Level Civil Service Eligibility or equivalent • Must be atleast 54 (Male) and 52 (Female) in height Qualified applicants must submit one (1) GREEN folder containing the ff documents (properly tabbed and endorsed by City/Municipal Fire Marshal AND Provincial Fire Marshal), to wit: A. Personal Data Sheet (Series 2005) B. Original NSO Copy of i. Birth Certificate ii. Marriage Certificate (if applicable) iii. Birth Certificate of Dependent(s) (if applicable) C. Scholastic Documents i. CAV (original/duly authenticated by CHED) ii. Transcript of Records & Diploma (duly AUTHENTICATED by School Registrar) D. Certificate of Eligibility For 2nd Level CS eligible: One (1) Copy of Certificate of Eligibility (duly AUTHENTICATED by CSC) For PRC 2nd level eligibility holders: One (1) Copy of Report of Rating/Certification of Board Passer and PRC ID (duly AUTHENTICATED by PRC) E. Drivers License (if any) F. Medical Certificate (issued by a government physician) G. Handwriting/Signature Specimen H. Clearances i. Barangay ii. Mayor iii. PNP iv. NBI v. MTC/MTCC vi. RTC DEADLINE of Submission of Application Folders: 10 DECEMBER 2013
