The Bureau of Meteorology has completed work on the Cairns weather - TopicsExpress

The Bureau of Meteorology has completed work on the Cairns weather radar on Saddle Mountain today with real time imagery now available on the Bureau’s website (Monday, 15 December). Bureau of Meteorology Queensland Regional Director, Mr Rob Webb, said all installation and quality assurance testing is now complete. The new Doppler functionality will be added to the Saddle Mountain radar in mid-2015 to deliver sharper resolution and better accuracy.
