The CEO of Firefox was forced to resign after making a $1,000 dollar donation to the Proposition 8 campaign - prop 8 would legally define marriage as between as a man and a woman only, and illegitimise gay marriage. sfgate/politics/article/Mozilla-s-Prop-8-uproar-reveals-much-about-tech-5393875.php Im not sure what I think about this. He doesnt directly hurt anyone by supporting prop 8, even if hes indirectly hurting gay couples. I dont think this should be taken lightly, because prop 8 would be a bad thing. But losing his job over it? What do you guys think?
