The CW is working on an adaptation of Hourman, a character who has appeared in three different DC Comics series over the last 70 years. This version is about a successful man who loses his family when the dark, violent visions that have troubled him since he was a boy wreak havoc in his life. When he finds out that what he is seeing are tragic events that take place an hour in the future, he sets out to prevent them from happening and to win his family back, too. The CW already has Arrow in its lineup and is hoping to launch The Flash next fall as a spinoff as well, so this would potentially make for three superhero series.
