The California Instructional League is for players looking for Independent and Affiliated Professional contracts. Instruction and training will be offered daily by current and former professional coaches. All games and training will be at San Manuel Stadium in San Bernardino, CA home of the Los Angeles Angels High A Minor League affiliate Inland Empire 66ers. The California Instructional League takes place in January and February kicking off in 2014. The league will have a Preseason training week followed by 5 weeks of daily training with afternoon/evening games. Top two teams will compete in a series for the CIL Championship. An All-Star/Prospect game will also be done to help showcase the top available players participating in the CIL. The CIL also allows players that are under contract with written permission from their respective club to participate various aspects of our training. First coaching announcement-Matt Nokes Former American League All-Star, Silver Slugger, Detroit Tiger/New York Yankee, author of Pyramid of Hitting will be the league roving hitting instructor.
