Okotoks and Drumheller however have 2 games in hand on Canmore. 20 year-old defenceman Trey Phillips was the hero in tonights game as he notched the game winning goal, his team leading 18th of the season, only 21 seconds into overtime and he also added an assist to earn the Eagles star of the game. Veteran forward Joe Serpico who celebrated his 20th birthday today decided to treat himself well as he picked up a goal (13) and an assist. Rookie netminder Ryan Ferguson was sharp once again as he made 26 saves to improve his record to an impressive 18-8-2. The Eagles were outshot by a count of 27-22. The Eagles will wrap up their 3-game road trip on Tuesday, January 21 as they head to Father David Bauer Arena in Calgary, to take on the Mustangs.
