The Cebu Coalition had an update meeting this afternoon on how we are doing in all the legislative districts in the island group of Cebu. Verdict, were not great yet; but we have identified our key issues and a re-organized, re-vitalized team will now ensure we share and follow best practices while shunning our worst and unproductive practices. As usual, the Pareto principle is alive and well within the organization but we are now doing something about it. On the other hand, we can leverage this observation by targeting first and foremost the 20% easiest/friendliest barangays, parishes, churches that will give us 80% of the required signatures. Heres to turning the otherwise negative principle to our advantage! Thank you to all the folks who attended todays almost 5 hour marathon planning/implementation meeting, conducted during your precious weekend time. Its for a most worthy cause. Now, we have specific plans to optimize our signature collecting strategy for general membership ratification.
