The Charlton Arrow Card of today is all about Love... Jonnie Love! This groovalicious image is by Mark Martin and based on the character Joe Gill created for Teen-Age Love #61 (12/68), with artists Bill Fraccio and Tony Tallarico (drawing under the pseudonym Tony Williams).
