The Chief Justice of #Peshawar High Court put it perfectly when he said "the justice system would be itself in search of the oppressed class." One of the main reasons the #TTP and related groups managed to gain some legitimacy in the eyes of locals was that it provided a cheaper and quicker alternate justice system to the overly bureaucratic, lax and insanely expensive courts of the Pakistani state. The #MobileCourts in #KPK seek to change that. These courts on wheels – 11 are planned for the province – are expected to solve a number of pressing problems; they would take the load off the courts and prevent excessive backlog, as well as solve small cases quickly, often through out of court settlements: "Sometimes, very minor disputes turn into major enmities and claim many lives.
