The past approach rendered our people jobless, therefore, his government decided to work in the interest of the people. We are at the cross road of our history and we have to make a decision for a secure future of the people. Therefore, we want to communicate our concern to federal government to help the people of the province and make radical decisions for the good of the people instead of over burdening the people of the province. This will lead to a visible change to the landscape of the entire province adding that his government will openly welcome constructive criticism and this will lead to the overall development and good of the province. His government discouraged unnecessary intervention in the public welfare institutions and put in place the system of merit and transparency and there will be a strict accountability on any wrong action or misuse of power. He said that his government has done away with the past approach of previous rates of one year and replaced it with the market rate. There are reasons to it and the new approach will rectify the wrongs, rationalize and remove the hardships and improve the system and ultimately the new system will itself have an in-built mechanism to resolve the problem. His government has no blue-eyed and therefore, done away with favour or disfavor.
