The Chindian diaries has started an amazing journey thanks to Kevin Bathman and together with him my sister Bibiana and I went for our first meeting with a bunch of Chindians gathering to bring cheer to an orphanage in Kepong We visited a foster home called Karunai Illam Malaysia for underprivileged girls from broken homes, neglected and abused. The home currently supports 14 girls from various ages. The visit was organised by the members of the Malaysian Chindian Club (you can find them on Facebook), and we met a few of them for the first time! you can visit their website, karunaihome.org/. The home survives on public donation of cash, food and items.
