The Christmas play wouldnt have been successful without the teams behind the play! Hardhik Bafna, a first year BBA student, has his say about his experience as the Event Head: To start off, I would like to thank the Drama Club for giving the opportunity to be the Event Head. Its usually the 2nd years and 3rd years who get to be an Event Head. So basically, Giving task to a 1st year student was a big risk from their side. I thank them for believing in my abilities. When the opportunity was given to me, honestly I had no idea what to do. But, fortunately there were people to guide me. And then I realized that the Club wasnt only about what happens on the stage.Theres an equally important team which works behind-the-scenes. Theres the Documentation Team which makes sure all the letters are passed on time, prepares the minutes of all the events and meetings. There is the Communication Team which sends messages to all the drama club members, keeping them updated about what is happening in the club. Then comes the Media Team, which keeps Drama club active on the social media. The Asset Management and the Treasury makes sure all the props and things required by the on-stage people reach them on time. I think,They are the back bone of the club. I would also like to thank the seniors who co-operated me during the whole preparation of the event. I mean, nobody likes a junior telling them what to do. But you guys worked really well with me to help this event become a successful one. Handling almost close to 200 people has made me stronger and more confident. And, this is one of the things Im happy that it happened to me. I havent mentioned any person in this post because all the people who were a part of this -the actors, the choir team, the technical team, etc. Everyone has an equal part in the success of the event.
