The City of Logan has funds available to assist one family in the purchase and rehabilitation of a home. Hocking Athens Perry Community Action is the administrator for the City of Logan’s Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program (CHIP). Up to $7,000 may be available to a qualifying family to assist with down payment and closing costs towards the purchase of a home. In addition additional funds are available to make upgrades to bring the home into compliance with local code and the Resident Rehabilitation Standards.
