The Comcast saga continues. I am so ready to change services...it took me 4 calls to finally get the mandatory upgraded motem. I was then charged TWICE for this on one bill. I was not to be charged anything due to the inconvenience. I finally received it and since I do not have the traditional outlet (my wires go down through the floor into the basement), I scheduled a tech to come out for today between 12 and 2 to install it properly. Guess what...I checked today on the appointment and they have nothing scheduled. GRRRRR
