The Competition for redesigning the Cycling Club Breckland club clothing is over. We had 13 differing design submitted by 8 members the quality was high the thought that had gone into the individual design was excellent. In total we had 21 votes, thats approximately 25% of the membership – thanks to all those who took the trouble to vote. There was one design that was always ahead of the others on votes, with 3 design tying for 2nd spot and 2 others close behind. So it to announce the winning design! – You the club members have voted for Design entry – VOTE F as the winner!!! The design was submitted by your new membership secretary Katie Fairhead, the idea behind her design was to come up with something that stood out from other clubs but reflected the clubs history and support of EACH the colours are Black, Gold and white – the gold to reflect the original black and gold of the club colours in its early days. The design will now be submitted to our supplier GearClub – they will then submit artwork for our approval once this has been done we will obtain a sample garment for final checking and approval. We will then be ready to start taking orders for the new kit. I will obtain an up to date price list and post this on the club website. Finally thanks to Graham Edwards, Keith ‘Jack’ Jackson, Nick Gyde, Adam Cross, Mark Fairhead, Roger Graham & Julian Farrell for taking the time to submit entries.
