The Conversation of the “ROCK” between a Drug Addict and a Christian: The Christina brother was walking along the streets spreading the gospel and he ran across what seemed to be a person of interest. He confronted the individual and the man approached the Christian and said. “Hey Man Can you give me $20.00 man I needs to get me a rock man I am hurting bad dude! Listen man I promise I will give it back to you the the next time time I see you you man! The Christian man said well today is your Lucky Day my Brother because I got the ‘ROCK” and I am not even going to charge you for it. The drug addict went into a state of total happiness and content knowing that he was about to get his blast. The Christian man went into his pocket, pulled out a piece of paper, and told the Drug addict to open up his hand. The drug addict was so elated he closed his eyes and opened his hand and the Christian man put this single verse pamphlet into his hand. The Christian man said “JESUS IS THE ROCK” Psalm 18:2King James Version (KJV) 2 The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. The Drug addict opened his eyes and his joy and elation turned back to grief and sorrow. He yelled at the Christian Man and called him a few verbal expletives. He even threw the pamphlet back in his face and spit in his direction He turned and walked away in anger and remorse. Later on that evening, the Drug Addict was able to gather himself a good $100.00 from a hustle. He grabbed his rocks from the dealer, went to his hiding place, turned up the Hennessy, and put that big CRACK ROCK into his pipe. He lit that pipe and took that hit and the feeling he had momentarily was phenomenal. Nevertheless, the rock was so good and so strong and so powerful that he went into a convulsive state and almost died as the cocaine was so pure. He was rushed to the emergency room and but Gods Grace he was saved. When he awoke and asked to speak with the Dr the nurse called the Dr into the room. As he opened his eyes, looked, and saw whom the Dr was he could do nothing but cry. The Dr was the Christian man that he cursed out just hours ago in which handed him the pamphlet that stated “JESUS IS THE ROCK”.
