The County Assembly Service Board of Kitui wishes to invite applications from qualified persons for the following positions: Senior Administrative Officer REF: KT/CASB/2013/20 (1 Post) Salary Scale 7: Ksh.48,190×2,400-50,590×2,550-5 61,990×3,300-65,290 PM. (a) Duties and responsibilities: i. The holder of this office is answerable to the clerk, but in charge of the daily operations of the Speaker’s and the clerk’s office. ii. Keeping and updating the speaker’s and the clerk’s diary. iii. Control, management and maintance of the assembly’s fleet of vehicles iv. Ensuring safe custody of stationary, files, and related office equipment within theassembly v. Any other duties that may be assigned to him by the clerk of the assembly or the speaker as the need may arise. (b) Requirements for Appointment i. Bachelor’s degree in social sciences from a recognized university ii. Diploma in relevant descipline with 5 years experience . iii. CPS certificate holders will have an added advantage along with the following key competencies and skills.
