The Cranes.......Why we came short of qualification. - We clearly lack identity. -our coaching is wanting. -mental strength, we cant win when stakes are high...for example it clearly showed wen we played Nigera93, then Kenya and Zambia...those were deciders -the campaign went wrong during the second game against Zimbabwe, and history has it that once we give teams a look in, we pile pressure on ourselves. -Hassan wasswa should never have gone off the pitch, he was our midfield enforcer and controller... -We need to sit down and know exactly what our problems are, we need to sit down and rebuild our team like what the Spanish and Belgians did after the 2002 world cup . -We need to set targets and know what we are aiming at so that we can hold our players, federation and coaches accountable. -we have acoaching problem,we dont have coaches in Ugandan football, if you want to develop players you need to have coaches. -we lack coaching courses i.e anyone who becomes an Ex-international automatically becomes coach. Then you wonder where and how that former player acquired coaching skills.. - We need to have a league running as soon as possible.. that said I salute the players for their display in South Africa..
