The DMV H1=A mental Health patient in a housing Program under a live-n-aide Reasonable Accommodations. . Nevada legislation and the HUD addendum. H2-A-H2-B. Live-in-aide with a mental health patient in a Federal housing Program, UNDER A REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION, Only After certification of the live-in-aide working Knowledge Program. They Will Disclose fully n the housing Application, With a check Mark,. Is this application requiring a reasonable Accommodation. (RA) The housing manager will then call the both of them in, And determine if it’s a mental/ medical/Disability RA. Once that is determined, CONFIDENTIALLY, they will attend that live-n-aide Program. Then They can apply for the Reasonable Accommodations forms from the Doctors, and summit ONE FORM from the mental health Campus. That form will simplify say, YES THE LIVE_IN_AIDE is the responsible party, we have ALL the other doctor(s) on file here. They then can qualify for the Subsisted Housing, Welfare Assistance (more from Welfare with eh landlord Associates Certification Fee Program) etc. They will then Have the DMV H2- coding, Confidential and non-discriminatory internally, so that they can pick up confidential medications, won’t be looking over their shoulders, and when that Patients gets in to Trouble, (and they sometimes do) the police will know, that the live-in-aide is the one that is fully responsible for the Health care, off to the Mental Health campus.. No courts unless it’s a big time crime, and then just the normal stuff. H3- a Medical/Mental Health required Animal in a housing program, Protected by the America Disability Act and the Federal FAIR HOUSING ACT. I’m calling this one, The “Boogie” Rule or “law”. Once a doctor at Mental health writes an Rx in 2 copies, one goes to the Public Housing Auth, where they will write the Reasonable Accommodations, and that form goes to the landlord, as a service animal, and the other copy goes to the DMV for the H3 coding on the Patients or the live-in-aides Driver’s license or State ID’s. the Fee could be waived as a Disability Requirement, or paid by the Landlord’s Association Fee program, Also, the landlord’s fee program, could support with the Assistance from the SPCA building of Dog Runs, and other preventative care needs for the patients on landlord’s properties, as the animal is protected under the Fair Housing Act. H4-landlords, Who are under certification by HUD, in the Fee Program. So they Know what to do, in case they need to assist with the police, in getting the medications and transcribe, confidently in the household, THEY CAN NOT just walk in, without a police officer. THAT STUFF IS CONFIDENTIAL.. H5-the Emergency Contact. P1- Parents who Have Children as Mental/Disabled Health patients, in a Federal Housing Program Some of these things WILL never be used. But it’s designed for law enforcement, and Medical Authorities.
