The DRI Line or Davenport Rock Island and North Western depot in Moline Illinois is threatened with destruction in 2015. It is in the way of a new Interstate Bridge crossing the Mississippi River. The depot has been offered to a nearby college but funds to move it are elusive. The DRI Line was owned by the Burlington Route and Milwaukee Road. It did switching on both sides of the Mississippi River at the Quad Cities. The Rock Island also had trackage rights on part of the line.
