The Daughters of the King Daily Devotional You Are Not Alone in Dark Valleys Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for You are close beside me. Your rod and Your staff protect and comfort me. Psalm 23:4 Sister, even in the darkest of valleys, you are not alone. Your heavenly Father walks beside you, ever so quietly, guiding and leading you. Although doubt and fear may be attacking your faith, listen to your Father and remember His promises to you. Through Christ you have authority over satan and all the lies that he uses against you. Satan will try to make you believe that Gods promises are impossible for you, but that is far from the truth. The dark valleys of the wilderness are just one stop on the way to receiving Gods blessings. These are temporary circumstances. You will come out victorious, and guess what? Youre almost through it! So do not be afraid. For we are more than conquerors! Proclaim and profess Gods promises over your life and you will see your circumstances in a new light! Every challenge you face is molding you into the woman that God desires for you to be. God will use these dark valleys to strengthen your faith, build your character and encourage you to rely solely on Him. You are a living testament to the power of Christ and every victory you proclaim leaves a lasting impression of Gods love and mercy in the lives of others. So take courage, keep your eyes on God and when you get through it, comfort someone who may need the same comforting you have received. Prayer: Dear Father, thank You for Your ever-present love and comfort. As we walk through these challenges, we declare that You are with us and that we have the power to overcome our circumstances with You by our side. You are all that we need and we will keep our eyes on you. In Jesus name, Amen.
