The Desoto County Animal Shelter works very hard in getting their dogs and cats adopted. The shelter director has been known to give a fleece blanket that she personally makes to each adoptive family. They are located in Nesbit, MS. They are trying to give the dogs and cats/puppies and kittens a Christmas feast in July. Please donate (any amount) to help them with food. The shelters are full this time of year with many pets looking for forever homes.
