The Device Day 7: Week 2 began with a day of connective tissue. We shot for the first time in the films main location, the home of soon-to-be newlyweds Abby Powell and Calvin Lamb. First on the filming block were scenes of cars pulling up to and away from the house, the most exciting part of any shoot! We could barely contain our excitement as we moved onto some telephone conversations featuring our lead Angela DiMarco acting with nothing more than a cell phone to her ear. Special thanks must be sent out to Lorraine Montez, who joined us on set to record the voice over role of Aunt Linda. The day ended with a few uncomfortable scenes for actress Kate Alden. Thanks Kate for being our Bruce Campbell and taking a little punishment to help us tell our story via fake punches and rides in trunks.
