The Devils Favorite Word! What is the word above all others that satan likes to persuade men to use, and therefore is satans favorite word? What is the word that has shut the gate of the Kingdom of Heaven and condemned souls to outer darkness? What is the word that more than any other keeps men from coming to Christ? That word is tomorrow. Boast not thyself of tomorrow- Proverbs 27:1. Tomorrow casts its spell over the thoughts of man and lulls them into slumber. Many men and women made great plans for Tomorrow yesterday, but have passed from life here on earth during the night. Tomorrow for them will never come and their well made plans shall lie in the dust. The great word of the Bible is always today. Boast not thyself of tomorrow, and again, The Holy Ghost saith, today. The Bible and the Holy Spirit never say sometimes, but always now; never tomorrow, but always today. When we say, Boast not thyself of tomorrow, we do not mean that we are not to take wise forethought for tomorrow. We should all plan for greater things, a nobler life, tomorrow; and a life tomorrow that is better than todays. But no one can boast of tomorrow. No one can count on tomorrow. How many things were going to be done tomorrow, but were never done; because tomorrow was always one day ahead, and then it turned all to quickly into yesterday. It is never safe to say Tomorrow when God says Today. Tomorrow may mean Goodbye to God. Say tomorrow to any one, to any invitation, but not to Christ, and not to eternal life. James 4:14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. Please do not listen to the devils favorite word tomorrow. Live your life for Jesus Christ - TODAY!
