The Diary of Pink Pearl: Kiss Kiss, America! Saving my babies Copyrights by Jes Fuhrmann and Debora Reynolds, authors All rights reserved October 16, 2013 That was the day that I met Debora Reynolds via Facebook when I was still using my alias, Jes Mert. Debora, not knowing that I was already a self-published international novelist who wrote a trilogy about the adventures and successful rehabilitation about Pink Pearl, our 18 years young rescued Moluccan cockatoo, INSISTED that I read her story that she had posted on Facebook some 9 years ago now. I was reluctant at first because I saw at first glance that it was quite lengthy and I was (and still am) in the process of completing Pearls 3rd series about hers and my adventures in 2012 entitled, The Diary of PInk Pearl: Kiss Kiss, America! However, she was quite persistent and so I printed out her 6 page story and started reading it over the next few days. Now, Ill be honest with you all because thats just how I am: I thought she was CRAZY! (Thats right CERTIFIABLE and yet, then again, so am I.... So I guess that makes us even!! Hahaha!) But after reading her rather gloomy story about her 2 abducted parrots and their successful reunion with her, I knew right then and there that Pearls story was NEVER meant to be about her, (or even me for that matter! ;) ) I felt that I was being sent a message from the angels saying, Jes, its your destiny to help others! You know the way, now LEAD!! With those words in my head, I decided that Deborahs miraculous story would take precedence over the continuation of Pearls adventures which ended on October 30, 2012 and then picked up again on November 22, 2012 as you can see in this video: youtu.be/amm35BZwsRE Deboras name shall appear on the cover as well as her title, Saving my babies as thats the very reason why I was driven to continue to share my story in my ongoing series. Daisy, I would like you to create the cover featuring Pearlybird as the key bourdalist as she conducted the private interview with Deborah to gather more intimate details about her story which will be revealed in this first volume. Please ask Debora to give you as many pictures of herself and her babies for the cover as well as additional illustrations as this is a fully-colored illustration book just like the others. (Youre in on this too, Natalie so illustrate away!! ;) ) No rush on this not so little project as I wont be able to publish it until my quadrilogy, The Diary of Pink Pearl Continues: Im Wide Awake and Born Again! is released in its entirety, which will probably be around Christmastime, 2014. So thats my BIG news, world!!! What do you think?! Thank you for caring! Respectfully yours, Jes Fuhrmann, author The Diary of Pink Pearl, A Birds Eye View (First trilogy of a three part series about a Moluccan cockatoo.
