The Dictator-In-Chief Has Spoken. Barack Obama Has Decreed, Yet Again, That If You Like Your Health Plan, You Can Keep It... Maybe... Perhaps For Another Year. This latest lie removes all doubt. Barack Obama is perpetrating a massive fraud, a fraud so massive that any private citizen or corporate CEO would be thrown in a dark, stinking prison cell for 20 years for attempting to perpetrate a far lesser offense. And yet, in spite of this massive FRAUD, even Republicans continue their futile attempts to fix ObamaCare. Its insanity and this insanity stops today. As Senator Ted Cruz just said: We dont need fixes, we need a full repeal. And its time to add our voices to Cruzs battle cry and tell his colleagues in the Senate: Stop trying to fix ObamaCare... you cant fix stupid... and you cant fix a fraud... Start moving to repeal it TODAY. You Cant Fix Stupid... Our Elected Officials Must Believe Were Stupid. Can you believe the audacity and stupidity of Barack Obama and some of our elected officials? It took insurance carriers three years to gear-up to do Obamas bidding, and were supposed to believe that Obama can simply tell them to hit the reset button, and everything is just going to be hunky-dory. And on top of that, they not only expect us to believe that hitting the reset button is going to work but that simply allowing carriers to offer what are now deemed illegal policies for another year is going to fix ObamaCare. Dont be deceived by politically-motivated lies; as long as ObamaCare is the law of the land, no fix is going to stop hundreds of millions of Americans from losing their coverage... and Barack Obama knows it. And now that Americans are on the verge of revolt... now that the fraud is fully exposed for all to see...were going to send a clear message to Congress: Stop trying to fix ObamaCare... the time for repeal is finally upon us and it is NOW. Well Say It Again. As Long As ObamaCare Remains The Law Of The Land, Hundreds Of Millions Of People Are Still Going To Lose Their Health Care Plans. Barack Obama Knows It. And No Fix Is Going To Change That Sad But Simple Fact. Obamas decree was just one more lie... one small part of what has become the most massive scam ever perpetrated on the American people. And if youre asking how we came to the conclusion that Obama is lying, then you obviously have not been paying attention. Did his lips not move? How many times must Obama say; If you like your health care plan, you can keep it before sane people begin to understand that Americans are the victims of a massive fraud? Understand the truth... understand that ObamaCare will implode if hundreds of millions of Americans are not forced into a massive government pool, and Barack Obama will lie, cheat and steal to make sure it happens. Gary Bauer says: For ObamaCare to work, the administration had to force entrepreneurs and the self-employed out of relatively inexpensive policies and into more expensive policies. So why is Obama letting insurance carriers off the hook by allowing them to maintain the plans for the five million who have already received cancellation letters and the millions who will receive cancellation letters in short order? Answer: HES NOT. Bauer again: Insurance companies are regulated by the states. They have spent the last couple of years preparing for ObamaCare and its myriad of mandates... It would take a year or more to reverse all that. Words mean nothing. Cancellations will continue and Barack Obama will simply have someone else to blame for his mess because as long as ObamaCare remains the law of the land, its impossible, in such a short period of time for the carriers to undo what has been done. Repeal is the only solution. We Hate To Be The Bearers Of Bad News, But... The plain and simple truth is that five million have already lost coverage, and millions more will lose coverage, with each passing day, until ObamaCare touches every man, woman and child in the United States, as long as this legislative fraud remains the law of the land. And you will have no hopes of getting that coverage (or comparable coverage) back as long as ObamaCare remains the law of the land. No dictatorial decrees from King Barack I will change that eventuality and no Congressional fixes will stop it from happening. Obamas draconian regulations are prohibiting carriers from offering affordable plans, but that didnt stop Obama from going on television to tell you that the carriers have the option to offer you affordable plans. No one is fooled. Consider the following from Americans for Limited Government: But the reason these plans are being cancelled is because of new, burdensome requirements under the law. The solution is to eliminate those new requirements. Forcing insurers to provide plans that are no longer viable without eliminating the new costs being imposed on them is suicidal. So why is Barack Obama advocating that insurance carriers do the impossible? Its not panic and its not gross incompetence. Its a slimy and calculated political manipulation. Ted Cruz put it bluntly and said the purpose of Obamas announcement was to mitigate his partys political pain. If Obama gets his way, ObamaCare will move forward, full speed ahead, and Barack Obama will then point the finger at the evil insurance companies, blame them and save the political skins of all of the Democrats who shoved ObamaCare down out throats. We refuse to let him get away with it. If ObamaCare is not repealed, you WILL lose your health care plan. You WILL lose your doctor and you WILL BE FORCED into an expensive and substandard government pool, and Barack Obama will deceive millions of Americans into believing that its not his fault. Its just a matter of time. Our Constitution Is Being Usurped By An Arrogant And Contemptous Self-Styled Dictator. David Hogberg, Ph.D., a senior fellow for health care policy at the National Center for Public Policy Research put Obamas proposed fix in its proper perspective: Obama displayed the arrogance and contempt for the American people that has become a hallmark of his Administration. He proposes to take action for which he has no legal authority and he is using insurers as the propaganda arm of ObamaCare. The law does not permit the President to let people who bought coverage after ObamaCare passed to keep their plans. Fixing that is something that... cant be done by presidential decree. But, as has happened so many other times with ObamaCare, the President is ignoring the law to do what is politically convenient. Rep. Michelle Bachmann echoed those sentiments: A decree brought down on high from President Obama is not how the legislative process works. It is unconstitutional for the president to repeatedly bypass Congress and unilaterally change the law to fit his daily political objectives. And Eugene Kontorovich, a professor at Northwestern University School of Law said: The fix amounts to new legislation — but enacted without Congress. The president has no constitutional authority to rewrite statutes, especially in ways that impose new obligations on people, and that is what the fix seems to entail. Make no mistake, our lives, our health care system, our economy and our Constitution all hang in the balance and there is only one way to stop the madness. ObamaCare must be repealed before it takes full effect in six weeks, and were going to keep sending that message until our elected officials get the message and make it happen.
