According to the media or surveys, President noynoy Aquino used the savings in good ways or in good projects but the question is, where are the evidence or rather is there any evidences that the budget or the DAP has been used in good ways? Pres. Aquino has a point that he used it in good projects but before that it should be undergo in a proper or legal process. he should ask for the permission or he should present a project proposal for the said project.
