The District and City of Baumholder observed German National Day of Mourning Nov. 16 with ceremonies at the Baumholder city cemetery and at the memorial site at Erzweiler (a former village on the Military Training Area). On behalf of USAG Rheinland-Pfalz, Baumholder Military Community, Col. Scott Murray, Commander, 16th Sustainment Brigade and CSM R. Scott Creighton, participated in both ceremonies and laid a wreath.
