The Doctor today told me after 4 1/2 months to take the sling off...he told me get back to work inside my second home called the gym, get back to going hard, get back to your ability of striving for better within you...He released the motivation in me...he had me happy and geeked all day yall :) I wont cry to give up as i go up the rough side of this back to hard work moutain...im gonna cry to keep going further, im already in pain and doing that extra will be my reward, PAIN is only temporary...DONT ASK WHATS WRONG WITH SOMETHING, ASK WHATS RIGHT WITH IT!!!
