The ECB is not a world bank it doesnt have the POWER to buy debt as the FEDERAL RESERVE JUES of all the worlds RULING FAMILYS PALESTYNE got credit cards in the euro that theyll never pay back and SAINT PETERSBURG PICKED UP THE SLACK FOR SAINT PYTYRSBURGS WORLD BANK DEBT PURCHASES of the FEDERAL RESERVED TSAR guaranteed those individual banks and familys of the FEDERAL RESERVE DEBT for the U.S Dollar Quantitative easing some JEWYSH NYGGER BOAR was just screaming about he needs more stimulus and said the ECB isnt doing QUANTITATIVE easing and there interest rates are lower than ours thats because the ecb is a central bank they havent the POWER to buy that much debt there economy isnt big enough because Most of AUSCHWITZ doesnt work they dont even have names or numbers they buy them from there slave traders with the money they steal from tourists or people who get trapped like them. And so the ecb is NOT buying euro debt the YUAN BANKS are doing QUANTITATIVE easing for the ecb and they burn the euros.
