The Earliest Proposal-by Vitalis I Nujimem One of the most - TopicsExpress

The Earliest Proposal-by Vitalis I Nujimem One of the most pressing and immediate challenges facing not only Americans, but also New York City is homelessness; so, therefore, to understand and alleviate this painstaking disease and unsettling community in the economy requires a sophisticated view of a person’s personal issues. My beloved Mayor, it is not with a grievance or annoyance I am presenting this circumstances so easy to perceive. As I write this proposal, these victims who have been a subject of mockery and laughter are planning their next squatting move maybe in the nearest abandoned buildings, transportation sites, buses, trains, tents, or vehicles. As to my own part, having turned my opinion for many years upon this vital subjects while analyzing, realizing, and strategizing statistical representation from other officials; I have understood the flaws and the unchangeable conditions of this growing and unstoppable community. I think it is not only acceptable by me, but other counterparts and officials that this unbeatable population has tripled since your inauguration into office. In a nutshell, because this proposal will look more like a “romancing the stone” instead of “Jack and the Beanstalk”, I recommend a very worthy person, a true lover of his home, and whose virtues and esteem are over-the-top would be pleased to offer a hand of diplomacy upon my plan of action. Other than jeopardize the life of these people, I have put together meaningful benefits in my suggestion that will help not only the state, but the economy as a whole. Eight quarters ago, two thousand six-hundred and forty-eight persons where homeless in the city. Moreover, from this day, sixty-quarters ago, I read on the Internet about your five-years planned called “Uniting for Solution Beyond Shelter,” a plan to transform the approach to homeless services and reduce homelessness in the city. In that announcement, among the things outlined, I heard that the creation and renovation of housing, construction of affordable home, and funding of benefit program such as Food Stamp, Section 8, and emergency shelter will make a high impact in the ongoing homeless situation. Although, the speech was powerful at that time to New Yorkers and the homeless people; presently, I cannot think of any objection except your forbearance in the name of acquiring more money for the state. At this moment, I can hardly think of any objection against this proposal unless it happened miraculously that the number of the subjects at hand decrease over night subsequently to the perceived figure in 2011, which I referred to from this day as Eight quarters ago. Many others like me, however, have some concern about the immense number of poor, wretched, and helpless people in the town. In my proposal, some specified suggestion might be eloquently enough to solve this problem of homelessness. Literary, I have considered your hungriness for wealth, so I suggest that we cut down the minimum wages by two. Thenceforward, if the situation does not improve to its peak for the glory of the helpless and needless, we then cut again the remaining pie by two. Perhaps, it would be difficult to argue that this idea will not be of substantial help in putting extra dollar to the ones they have solicited from sidewalks, buses, and trains. In my record, I have understood smartly as possible that your action will not only reduce homelessness, but improve economic growth and stability because happiness, comfort-ability, and easiness are things people need to excel in life. Psychologically speaking, your Excellency, I cannot doubt the comfort and relaxation your plans have brought upon these subjects. On the other hand, I am not trying to counterattack your bent opinions as to reject your recent claims, but the fact remain that these subjects have obviously realized your humble, innocent, and cheap strategy as their garbage and shopping carts improve consistently. Furthermore, from what I already observed, after embarrassing visitors on trains, buses, and sidewalks with their begging attitude, they leave litter and cigarette butts in their wake. In addition, contributing to the negative appeal and unpleasant environment for patrons, which I believe invites shame and embarrassment that endanger revenues from tourist attraction. Your honorable, in other to justify, I have put together some excellent thoughts that will help these subjects and also your reign in particular. So I suggest that instead we leave them hanging and perambulating around in the street and subway, it will be better if we trade them as slaves to South of Europe and East of South America. This, however, will help lessen the burden of homelessness at home and enrich their pocket while working overseas. Quintessentially, as I draw to an end these costly suggestions, I know your attention and thinking is a little bit counterintuitive to these subjects. Nonetheless, the truth is that, this proposal is neither counterintuitive nor faultfinding. Having no significant goal other than the wellbeing of my people eagerness to work, feed, house, enriching, and receive pleasant respect no matter their condition and situation; therefore I repeat, let no one speak to me until he or she have put some efforts and attempts to get these people back to work. Long ago, I have put behind me the act of wicked men who philanthropically pay nuts for the service of these people, but prodigally leverage millions on acres, toilet sets, earrings, and jewelry’s. Finally, without any further speculations, I would say food scraps or pocket change is how these subjects manage to stay on top of living on the bottom. If otherwise, then I am wholly wrong that these gazillionaires are contributors to the present catastrophe of homelessness, dissatisfaction, and frustration of these people. Indeed, they should remember that wealth is not the primary source of fulfillment, protection, and happiness. So henceforth, since I am not a public figure, there is a need to take into consideration that if homelessness reduces the threat from foreign attack in the America society will look almost rare as people seen on the streets, buses, trains, and sidewalks will look formal, responsible, and professional.
