The Entrepreneur - By: Nathan Wheeler Straight head... is the finish line!! Years and years given with zero return on the everything you have invested and sacrificed. The going without, the sometimes being homeless, the sometimes starving, the sometimes killing yourself in hopes that The Dream might live on. You are often times misunderstood and in your darkest hours you hide from the world that you are a depressed soul fighting with your life to carry even the tiniest glimmer of hope. Through all of it you endure insurmountable amounts mockery, doubt and hate that you have been constantly showered with by those closest to you, strangers who never took the time to know you and enemies who have tried to stand in your way or rob you of all you have. You have pressed on, got back up, said goodbye to your distractions and fallen back in love with your focuses. You knew you were out numbered, out gunned, often too weak, too small, lacked the smarts and experience, and yet you foolishly pushed ahead. This is what makes you a winner, an over comer, a success. Not crossing the finish line, but believing in the finish line that no one else could see. All the while keeping the best kept secret you ever knew... that the finish line isnt the end at all but just the beginning. There is no degree you can obtain that makes you what you are, yet you have your PHD in life and no one can take from you. What you are cannot be taught and though many try few will ever become what you are. Without you all other degrees, professions, careers and walks of life would not exist or have their opportunities to shine. You are the reason the world changes, you are the reason things get better and you make it easier for those who follow in the wake you leave behind. You bring the cure from the doctor to the patient, the plane to the pilot, the song to the listener, the car to the driver, the market to the shopper, the produce from the farm to the dinner plates of consumer, you give life to what is applied in science, what is proven in math and law, and you create the markets that banks will trade on, the industry governments will regulate and the financial foundation families will build their futures on. Without you all that makes up modern society or the inventions made by man would never have become available for the masses to own or experience. You are a tiny minority and make up less than 10% of the population and yet you lead the other 90%. You set the bar to the art of dreaming. You inspire, you motivate, you create and you push open, push out and expand the very boundaries of societies life experience. Even though you were doubted before your success, after it you became a symbol, an example that is often revered and sometimes envied. You are the King of the castle you build and worthy of claiming all of its treasures and glory. You are... The Entrepreneur. The world needs you, so dont listen to it... lead it... as you know you were made to do.
