The Erhard boys chanting Rudram at the White House HASC - TopicsExpress

The Erhard boys chanting Rudram at the White House HASC con Jeffrey Erhard and Robbie Erhard started off the fourth annual Hindu American Seva Communities Conference with the first anuvakam of Sri Rudram Namakam. Dr. Paul Erhard, a professor at the University of Colorado College of Music in Boulder, played on his Double Bass Vaishnava Janato and Raghupati Raghava Raja Ram earlier to this video. Jeffrey and Robbie also chanted the beginning portion of the Ganapathi Atharva Sheersha which I couldnt catch on my phone. I wanted to run up on the stage and chant with them (you can hear my voice towards the end of this). They just made me so proud and make us all so proud. Lets take this as inspiration to learn about our tradition, preserve and practice Sanatana Dharma. This is the Hindu American Seva Communities fourth annual conference. The conference was followed by a homeless hunger seva event organized by the Dharmic Feeding Coalition, which is a volunteer community that serves homeless hunger meals with the help of the Satya Sai Baba centers and Hare Krishna Temples. ----- ******Disclaimer: this is not an official White House endorsed event. This is a conference/briefing where Hindu-Americans gather to discuss seva and social justice at the White House thanks to the outreach of the current administration. The day was engaged in a dialogue and discussion about the importance of service and its relevance in the larger Hindu and American communities. Last years conference was celebrating Swami Vivekananda, this year was about Mahatma Gandhis legacy.**** https://youtube/watch?v=D7kbc0oFQGQ
