The European Court of Justice has ordered the removal of HAMAS - TopicsExpress

The European Court of Justice has ordered the removal of HAMAS from the Terrorist Blacklist because theres no Legal justification or evidence to support its inclusion. Hamas was put on the list in 2003 after Israeli diplomatic campaign in the aftermath of 9-11. The British government has never deemed Hamas a terrorist organisation. It has always separated the Al Qassam Brigades, the military arm of Hamas from the political and humanitarian organisation. The tide is turning in Europe against the Israeli Occupation of Palestine - Sweden led the renaissance by recognising Palestine as a State. Since, six EU countries including Britain, France and Spain have passed non-binding legislations to recognise the State of Palestine. The Palestinian Authority is on a Diplomatic offensive against Israel, it is to present a UN Resolution at the Security Council giving Israel 2yrs to end the Occupation and return to the 1967 Borders as recognised by the United Nations and International Law. The United States will veto the resolution, but its increasingly becoming isolated on the Palestinian issue. The writing is on the wall for Netanyahu and the State of Israel , hopefully, Netanyahu and Israel would be proactive and return to the Peace Process to avoid the same fate as Apartheid South Africa. The United States is on the wrong side of history on the Palestine issue and the pressure is mounting. How long will the US continue to use its veto to protect Israel and the status quo? I doubt it will be as long as it has been.
